Install

SearchOnMac is a signed, notarized Mac app. There’s nothing else to install.

Download SearchOnMac
Get the disk image from the download page.

Drag it to Applications
Open the disk image and drag SearchOnMac into your Applications folder.

Open SearchOnMac
Open it from Applications, Launchpad or Spotlight. Its icon appears in the menu bar.

Press ⌥ Space
Type what you remember — “the PDF I downloaded this morning” — and press Return to open it.

Tip: Once SearchOnMac is in Applications, you can eject the disk image.

Press Option–Space in any app. SearchOnMac appears in the middle of your screen without taking you away from what you were doing.
